Seniors Training at CrossFit Musketeers focuses on maintaining strength, mobility and independence. Training is adapted to your level and your needs. The goal is long-term health and quality of life. You improve balance, coordination and strength so everyday movements feel easier and safer. Every session is guided by a coach to ensure safe and effective progress.
